After a visit to the doctor to deal with the discomfort in my shoulder and back I was happy that the solution was simply making a few changes in my home and life. I wanted to share a few items I have added to my shopping list that I will be incorporating  into my organized ergonomic life.

 My Home Office

Office Chair High Back  The office chair will support my musculoskeletal system. Not only is it going to reduce the overall stress on my joints and muscles, but it will help prevent repetitive stress injuries.

Standing Desk Stand Standing desks provide an adjustable working environment where I can easily adjust my work desk to sit or stand.

Laptop Table Stand Adjustable Riser A laptop stand will help position my body in the most comfortable way possible. I also like that I can travel with my laptop stand and continue to give my body the support it needs.

My Kitchen

Ergonomic Multi Surface, Non-Slip – Luxurious Comfort – Mat  The Anti fatigue mat will provide support for my body, reduce fatigue while I am cooking or doing dishes.

Non-electric Can Jar Opener Kit with Ergonomic Anti Slip Grip Handle I love this design which is perfect for people like me who suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome.

Professional Chef Knife, with Ergonomic Handle The handle design also allows me to have improved power grip which can aid in the reduction of excessive grip force.

My Indoor Garden

Ergonomic Garden Hand Tool Set Ergonomic garden tools are good for stabilizing my weak wrists especially since I love working with my plants.
