Valet rods are necessary in any closet, but especially when you are sharing one with a significant other. There are many different types and sizes, but what matters most is finding the one that works best for your closet. Valet rods are intended to be a temporary place to hang clothing, and make a much better fit than hanging clothing on the door or doorknobs of your closet. Some valet rods are even retractable, and are easily hidden when not in use. Either way, valet rods are a welcome addition to any closet, and a space-saving alternative for storing clothes.
